great nearby parks and shopping for weekend explorers
I found the hotel perfect for evening strolls, with Lily Hill Park just over 2 km away and Princess Square shopping center about 2.5 km away—both great spots to stretch my legs and explore local charm, making my overall experience enjoyable despite the small room size.

Nice stay with a chill vibe
We enjoyed our stay! The pool was really clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. Rooms were decent size and tidy. The location's great for Coral Reef Waterpark, which was a big win for the kids. Just wish the adult dinner took less time. waited forever for it.

Comfortable stay with great facilities
Had a cozy Small Double Room with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and coffee machine. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing for relaxation. Easy self-check-in and friendly staff made everything smooth. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and there’s a Starbucks on-site. a solid place for some downtime.

The hotel's amazing amenities make it a total gem! The kids had a blast at the indoor swimming pool while I enjoyed some zen time in the sauna. Plus, the staff greeted us with wonderful goodie bags for the kiddos, which really made us feel like VIPs from the get-go.

I really enjoyed my time here, especially the cozy family room that fit us perfectly and the convenient playground for the kids right outside. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were fantastic for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could be a bit more varied, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

Kids' activities provided.
Our stay was a disaster from the start! The cleanliness of the room was appalling. There were remnants of confetti on the floor, and it was clear that the housekeeping staff hadn't done their job. To make matters worse, the toilet was blocked upon our arrival, and it took an eternity to get a new room, which was not even up to standard. There was no proper communication from the staff, making the entire experience frustrating and unacceptable for a family-friendly hotel.

The family room offered great space and included thoughtful touches like goodie bags for the kids. noise from a busy road made it difficult to sleep, overshadowing what could have been a pleasant stay. While the breakfast had excellent gluten-free options, the disruptive environment left a lot to be desired.

missingWrote a review on 14 Aprsmooth check-incomfortable bedgood foodnoise disturbancesuncleanlinesspoor service
Check-in was smooth, and the staff seemed friendly initially. The room I got was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but it overlooked the road, and road noise was disruptive. The gym facilities were decent, but I was placed directly under it, and the music started blasting at 6 am. I complained to reception about the noise, but they seemed indifferent, stating they were aware of other complaints without any action taken. The shower in my room had drainage issues, which I reported multiple times, but no maintenance was available to fix it during my stay. The food at the pub/grill was pretty good, but the breakfast was a catastrophe. The food was mostly cold, dishes looked dirty, and options were limited. Bar staff didn’t seem very engaged either, often grunting while serving. Would I return? Doubtful. the combination of noise, cleanliness, and service issues really detracted from what could have been a pleasant stay.
